Work & Career Counselling
It’s Sunday night, but rather than feeling relaxed and refreshed after the weekend you’re feeling stressed, anxious or perhaps even completely deflated. The thought of work the next morning brings an awful sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach.
Perhaps ongoing stress, pressure and overwork are taking their toll. Maybe you’re navigating a difficult workplace, feeling stuck in a job you hate, or wondering whether it’s time for a career change. Or it may be that, despite your best efforts, you’re struggling to find a job in your chosen field. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re definitely not alone and you don’t have to carry this on your own.
I offer a calm, compassionate and confidential space where you can talk openly about your work challenges without fear of judgement or the need to justify anything.
Through genuine conversation, therapeutic support, and evidence-based tools and strategies, our sessions can help you regain your sense of calm, confidence and direction.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, identify what needs to change, and chart a path towards a more meaningful, sustainable and satisfying working life.
If your goals include finding a new job or changing careers, I can also help you to develop and put into action a clear and practical plan for moving forward. So if you’re sick of the Sunday dreads, tired of feeling stuck, or simply know that something needs to change in your working life, I’m here.
